Terms of service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the products and related services (hereinafter "the Services") provided through the website (hereinafter "the Site") operated by dip ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"). By using the Services, customers (hereinafter "Users") agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Services.
In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish separate policies including a Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other rules related to the Services (hereinafter "Individual Policies").
Individual Policies shall constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Individual Policy, the Individual Policy shall prevail.
Article 2 (Use of Services)
The Services may be used with or without membership registration. However, certain features may require registration.
Users who register as members shall provide true and accurate information.
The Company may refuse registration if it determines that any of the following apply:
(1) False information has been provided.
(2) The applicant has previously violated these Terms.
(3) The Company otherwise deems registration inappropriate.
Article 3 (Account Management)
Registered Users are responsible for managing their ID and password appropriately.
Users may not transfer, lend, or share their ID or password with any third party.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from inadequate management, negligent use, or unauthorized use of a User's ID or password, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 4 (Purchase of Products and Payment)
Users may purchase products listed on the Site using the methods designated by the Company.
The prices of products, shipping fees, and any other applicable costs shall be as displayed on the Site.
Payment shall be made using the payment methods designated by the Company on the Site.
If bank transfer is selected, payment must be completed by the deadline separately specified by the Company. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the Company may cancel the order.
The Company may cancel orders without prior notice in cases of suspected fraudulent use, orders deemed to be for resale purposes, suspected payment fraud, or any other orders the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Services:
(1) Violating applicable laws or regulations or public order and morals.
(2) Engaging in or facilitating criminal activity.
(3) Infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
(4) Interfering with the operation of the Services.
(5) Attempting or committing unauthorized access.
(6) Improperly obtaining personal information of other Users or third parties.
(7) Purchasing products for the purpose of resale.
(8) Using the Services for commercial purposes without the Company's permission.
(9) Providing benefits to antisocial forces.
(10) Any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 6 (Suspension of Services)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Services without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
(1) System maintenance or updates are required.
(2) Natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, or other force majeure events make it difficult to provide the Services.
(3) System failures or communication line failures occur.
(4) The Company otherwise determines that providing the Services is difficult.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such suspension or interruption, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 7 (Restriction of Use)
The Company may, without prior notice, suspend a User's access to the Services, delete their membership registration, or cancel their orders in any of the following cases:
(1) The User has violated these Terms.
(2) The User's registration information contains false details.
(3) The User has failed to make required payments.
(4) The order is determined to be fraudulent or for resale purposes.
(5) The Company otherwise determines that continued use is inappropriate.
Article 8 (Cancellation of Membership)
Registered Users may cancel their membership in accordance with the procedures designated by the Company.
Even after cancellation, these Terms shall continue to apply to any sales contracts concluded prior to cancellation.
Article 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other aspect of the Services or information posted on the Site.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users arising from the Services, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence. However, this limitation shall not apply where exemption from liability is restricted by the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws.
Even in cases covered by the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Company's liability for damages caused by the Company's ordinary negligence shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages, and the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including loss of profits).
Product images are published to represent the actual product color as accurately as possible; however, colors and textures may appear differently depending on the User's device, monitor settings, viewing environment, and photography conditions.
Product dimensions are measured using the Company's standard methods; however, slight discrepancies may occur due to the characteristics of materials and manufacturing processes.
Products that have undergone garment dyeing, washed processing, or other special treatments may exhibit individual differences in color, texture, wrinkling, and dimensions. These are characteristics of the products and do not constitute defects.
While the Company takes every care in managing inventory, items may become out of stock after an order has been placed due to concentrated orders or system limitations. In such cases, the Company will cancel the relevant order and promptly notify the User.
The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between Users and third parties in connection with the Services.
Article 10 (Shipping and International Orders)
Products will be shipped by the Company or a shipping carrier designated by the Company.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, customs clearance procedures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, customs handling fees, and other costs associated with importation for international orders shall be borne by the purchaser, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Company shall not be liable if products cannot be imported due to import regulations or other laws of the destination country.
Article 11 (Changes to the Services)
The Company may modify, add to, or discontinue the Services upon prior notice to Users.
Even if such changes result in damages to Users, the Company shall not be liable except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 12 (Changes to These Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms in the following circumstances:
(1) The revision is in the general interest of Users.
(2) The revision does not conflict with the purpose of the agreement and is reasonable.
When revising these Terms, the Company will notify Users of the changes and the effective date by posting on the Site or through other appropriate means.
If a User continues to use the Services after a revision, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Services in accordance with the Company's separately established Privacy Policy.
Article 14 (Notices)
Notices and communications between Users and the Company shall be made using methods designated by the Company. Unless the Company receives notice of a change in contact details from the User in the manner separately prescribed by the Company, the Company will treat the currently registered contact information as valid, and any notice sent to such address shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of sending.
Article 15 (Assignment)
Users may not assign, transfer, or pledge as collateral their contractual position or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute between a User and the Company regarding the Services or these Terms, the district court or summary court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall come into effect on July 16, 2026.
