Order Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us via the CONTACT page. Please note that orders are processed for shipment promptly, and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests depending on the status of your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs and replacement shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.

Returns Due to Customer Preference

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges due to customer error (e.g., incorrect color or size selection). In such cases, please return the item and place a new order.

While we strive to display product photos as accurately as possible, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. In such cases, the return will be treated as a customer-initiated return.

Return shipping costs and any bank transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees and transfer fees are non-refundable. If a return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges incurred when returning an item from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us by phone or email.

We will arrange to send you the correct item. Return shipping costs and replacement shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be covered by us.
