[Shipping Carrier]
International shipments are delivered via EMS (Express Mail Service) through Japan Post.
[Processing Time]
Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation. Please note that shipments may be delayed during peak periods such as New Year holidays, summer holidays, and weekends/public holidays. Pre-order items will be shipped upon arrival in stock.
[Shipping Rates]
One shipment per order to one address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
[Delivery Date & Time]
We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times. Orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
[Estimated Delivery Time]
International EMS shipments typically arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local delivery conditions.
[If You Are Not Home at Delivery]
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the local delivery carrier may leave a delivery notice and hold the package according to their policies. Please track your shipment via the Japan Post tracking website (www.post.japanpost.jp/int/en/) using your tracking number, and contact the local carrier promptly to arrange redelivery or collection.
If the package is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
[Customs & Import Duties]
All international orders, including shipments to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country's local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer (FOB terms) and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Payment of these charges is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
