Order Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us via the CONTACT page. Please note that orders are processed for shipment promptly, and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests depending on the status of your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges due to customer error (e.g., incorrect color or size selection). In such cases, please return the item and place a new order.
While we strive to display product photos as accurately as possible, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. In such cases, the return will be treated as a customer-initiated return.
Return shipping costs and any bank transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees and transfer fees are non-refundable. If a return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
