Once an order is placed, we immediately begin shipping processing, so we may not be able to accommodate changes depending on the processing status.

Defective or faulty products
If a product has defects such as damage or stains, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of product arrival.
Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., difference in image)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of product arrival.

We do not accept exchanges for products due to customer convenience, such as incorrect color or size selection. Please return the product and place a new order.

While product photos are intended to be as close to the actual item as possible, how they appear may vary depending on the customer's screen environment. In such cases, as it is not a defective product, it will be considered a return due to customer convenience.

The shipping fee for returning the product and the transfer fee for refunds will be borne by the customer.
Shipping fees and transfer fees incurred at the time of order are not eligible for refund. If the product return causes the total order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
