Shipping and Delivery

【Shipping Fee】
For each order, delivery will be made to one location. If you wish to deliver to multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders for each.

Chugoku/Shikoku: ¥1,200 (tax included)

【Delivery Days】
As a general rule, we will ship within 7 days. During New Year's, summer holidays, weekends, and national holidays, shipping may be delayed. Pre-order items will be shipped "as soon as they are in stock."

【Regarding Delivery Date and Time Specification】
We apologize, but we are unable to specify delivery dates and times. Products will be delivered sequentially as soon as they are ready.

【If the Recipient is Absent】
If the recipient is absent, the shipping company will leave a delivery notice, and we will handle it once the recipient contacts us. If the recipient remains absent for 7 days after the delivery notice is left, the product will be returned to the sender. Please note that if a product is returned because it could not be delivered, you will be responsible for the redelivery fee.

Returns and Exchanges

【Regarding Order Cancellations】
If payment is not received within 7 days of placing an order, the order will be automatically canceled as it will be considered that there is no intent to purchase. 

Furthermore, as a general rule, we cannot accommodate cancellations due to customer convenience after an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding. When placing an order, please carefully check the product color, size, price, details, and delivery time.

【Returns/Exchanges due to Our Error (Initial Defect/Incorrect Shipment)】

If there is a defect in the product, we will provide an exchange or refund.We will bear any shipping fees or handling charges incurred at that time.
